Theophane PolydorosTherapist

Theophane was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity University in San Antonio and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at The Chicago School.

Theophane's therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. While she enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, she is especially passionate about supporting young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional distress, and relationship challenges.

Known for her warmth, curiosity, and compassionate presence, Theophane strives to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel understood and empowered to be themselves. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and works to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward growth and healing.

Outside of the therapy room, Theophane enjoys dancing, creating art, attending live music events, and spending time with friends and family.
