Hannah DavisTherapist
Born in Houston, Hannah later moved to Louisiana before returning to Texas to further her education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Northwestern State University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at The Chicago School. As a first-generation college graduate, Hannah is passionate about building meaningful connections and helping individuals navigate life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.
Hannah's therapeutic approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and change patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping them stuck. She takes a collaborative, client-centered approach and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Hannah believes that lasting change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She works alongside clients to build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and develop practical coping skills that support their goals.
Hannah enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of concerns. She is committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and believes therapy should honor each client's unique experiences, identity, and personal story.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys baking, exploring new places, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
