Maria is PHHW's Practice Manager and often the first person clients connect with when reaching out to our practice. She understands how important that first interaction can be and is committed to ensuring every client feels welcomed, respected, and supported from the very beginning. By taking the time to understand each person's concerns and goals, Maria helps match clients with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs.
In addition to serving as a trusted resource for clients, Maria works closely with our clinicians and insurance companies to keep the administrative side of care running smoothly. She oversees billing and claims processes, assists clients with insurance and account questions, and helps navigate challenges that arise along the way. With her extensive administrative experience and passion for health and wellness, Maria plays a vital role in ensuring both our clients and clinicians have the support they need.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys cooking for her family, spending time with her children, and reading inspirational books.
